Terms of Service

htmlserved hosts static files you upload and serves them on a generated URL. You are responsible for the content. Do not upload phishing, malware, or anything illegal. We may suspend or delete sites that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.

Anonymous sites expire after 72 hours. Registered free sites expire after 30 days unless you purchase a permanent link or subscribe. Paid plans are billed by Stripe and can be canceled anytime; hosting then reverts to free-tier limits.

We store upload metadata (hashed IP, filename, size, time) to fight abuse. We do not sell your content. The service is provided as-is.
